You will have a strong relational approach to leadership and be committed to respectful practice with children, families and communities. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of what works well developed through successful delivery of previous improvements for children and care-experienced young people. Your strong strategic leadership skills will provide a platform to deliver the improvements we need at pace, keeping sight of national developments and policy change and ensuring Staffordshire can adapt, ensuring we have a significant impact on the lives of our children and young people.
