Job Details
An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen in the Greenwich Integrated Community Learning Disabilities Service. We seek an experienced, autonomous, highly motivated leader who can influence practice and integrated working.
You will work with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities who also present with complex behavioural and general health needs. The post requires high level of competence, skill, and motivation to work within a well established multidisciplinary/multiagency team.
Working alongside partners and providers to deliver high-quality services and positive person-centred outcomes for individuals within the Royal Borough of Greenwich Integrated Health & Social Care Team, this role is an opportunity to make a real difference.
This post will work for Royal Borough of Greenwich and Oxleas. We therefore welcome applications from those with a social care or health background.
