Reporting jointly to the ICB Place Director, the DCS and DASS, you will provide strategic direction and excellent overall leadership and management of services including commissioning, contracting, integration and reablement.

You will lead on developing strategic partnership with the ICB in commissioning community services for both children and adults including intermediate care, BCF and market management.

We seek an individual who is ambitious and passionate about service delivery. 
You will have strong negotiation, financial management, communication and engagement skills and be able to play a key role as part of the council’s Senior Leadership Team.
