As part of the Corporate Leadership Team, you will be a catalyst for transformation across the organisation. Leading the Transformation and Policy and Strategic Delivery Teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of a range of programmes. With responsibility for a budget of circa £6.1m, you will develop and manage the Council’s transformational change portfolio to ensure investment is aligned to our ambitions, and ensuring that we can respond to the challenges ahead.

To apply, you will need strong and proven experience of successfully leading both transformation and strategy development at a corporate level. This includes the ability to manage a large team within a complex organisation, working across organisational boundaries, and aligning stakeholders and activities to achieve Corporate objectives. Ideally you will also have MSP, MoP or P3O Practitioner Certification.
