Responsibilities include providing strategic direction and excellent overall leadership and management of Adult Social Care services including commissioning, business management and health.  You will also take on the statutory DASS role.

Additional duties include leading on health and social care integration, working with partners across the integrated care system to refocus and remodel services in place, to improve population health and deliver more joined up health and care in a cost-effective manner.

You will have the opportunity to shape the integration between health and social care, working with partners to set the culture of increased joint working and commissioning, and improvements to service delivery that will make a real difference for our residents.
