Job Title – Rough Sleeper Assessment Hub Manager
Salary Range - £54,048 to £68,241 per annum
Permanent – Fulltime
Location- 90 Putney Bridge Road, London, SW18 1HR.

About the Role
As the Rough Sleeper Assessment Hub Manager, you will be responsible for the overall development and day-to-day running of the Rough Sleeper Assessment Hub. Your primary objective will be to provide short stay assessment bed spaces for those who have experienced street homelessness, coordinate and deliver support services, and ensure the Hub is a safe and welcoming place for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing the Hub: Play a central role in the development of the Hub, engaging with stakeholders, community groups, and service users to ensure the Hub meets the needs and aspirations of its target client group. Establish safety procedures and build relationships with statutory, partner, and voluntary agencies.
- Care and Support of Residents: Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred advice and assistance focused on breaking the cycle of homelessness and moving into settled accommodation. Maintain effective health and safety and risk management procedures.
- Staff Management: Manage the Deputy Rough Sleeper Hub Manager and Night Workers, set annual objectives, conduct regular supervisions and team meetings, and ensure the continuing development of staff.
- Housing Management: Provide high-quality housing and property management, including implementing lettings and end of tenancy procedures, managing arrears and voids, and ensuring regular health and safety inspections.
- Networking, Liaison, and Resource-building: Ensure services meet contract and best practice requirements, act as the community liaison lead, and foster good relations with the local community.
- Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Proven experience in managing a similar service or project.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety and risk management procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with statutory, partner, and voluntary agencies.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support to rough sleepers.
