Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager - you will play a pivotal role in managing the Council's regeneration agenda. Your responsibilities will encompass leading diverse projects and programs. With a current capital budget of c £23.9m you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and innovation in redefining Castleford town centre as well as leading projects across the district.

You should possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships across various sectors. Your ability to secure investment and sustaining financial sustainability will be crucial in achieving our ambitious goals. Adaptability, sound judgement, and political acumen are essential qualities for navigating the complexities of our evolving landscape.
