We are looking for someone with substantial HR Management experience, to be the strategic lead for HR across the Council and to provide expert advice to the Chief Executive, the Corporate Management Team and Heads of Service. You will also be responsible for a small group of corporate services including Corporate Policy, Communications, Printing and Admin support.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and a wealth of professional knowledge and expertise. The ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities is essential.
