We are looking for an experienced ICT Operations Manager to oversee and manage the support and maintenance of the Council’s ICT infrastructure (desktop, server, network access, printers and backup systems), to ensure the utmost security and continuous availability of all Authority ICT systems and data.

Reporting into the Assistant Director Digital, you will be responsible for the line management of a team of three Technical Team Leaders within our Digital Service Area. The ideal candidate will lead by example, and strive to deliver a top-tier, customer-focused, and proactive user support service and inclusive work environment to allow colleagues to fulfil their potential and deliver the best possible service.
