As Head of Legal and Procurement you will lead teams of committed professionals to make an impact and act upon their professional instincts, working in an agile way with colleagues, Members and partners. We are seeking a lawyer who brings experience across commercial, contract, procurement, property or development, but appreciate that candidates will unlikely have experience in all areas. What is important is the ability to demonstrate your solutions driven focus, and belief in the power of legal services and procurement in empowering the organisation to achieve its ambitions, ensuring that we deliver for the residents, communities and businesses of Blackburn with Darwen.
