About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Community Scheme Delivery Team. In this role you will be part of the Traffic & Capital Delivery Team reporting direct to the Head of Service and be responsible of a range of projects from inception to implementation. Our projects cover small traffic schemes to multimillion pounds cycling infrastructure.
You will be working very closely with the elected as well as non-elected members of public and our delivery partners such as TfL and Hounslow Highways.
About The Team You’ll Be Working In
The team comprises of senior engineers, engineers and technicians and project officer including any temporary agency staff. All working on community led projects and schemes funded by 3rd party contributions.
About You

A dynamic, proactive and experienced engineer/team leader who can see the bigger picture as well as keep a keen eye on attention of details. You should be driven by public service ethos with aim to deliver possible service to residents of Hounslow.
Good written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with members of public and their elected representatives.
Fully conversant with MS suite and associated IT software used in developing and monitoring traffic/highways schemes.
