We have an ambitious SEND and inclusion strategy that aims to support all children and young people across a wide range of needs. We have a large traded services function, therefore we need a new Director who can operate commercially as well as strategically, but most importantly is the need to bring a desire to ensure all children and young people are given the best opportunity to thrive.
