You’ll be part of the Senior Leadership Team, with a portfolio that includes ICT, Legal & Democratic Services, People & OD and Policy & Corporate Resources. This is a wide-ranging leadership role where you’ll have real scope to impact on organisational efficiency, to make better use of technology and to shape a modern, agile workforce. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a proven track record in leading transformation and who understands the practical and the cultural aspects of change. Strong relationship management skills and a collaborative approach will be vital in building consensus and momentum.
