With a proven track record of leading significant programmes of change and improving services, you will be instrumental in transferring our Facilities Management and Estates Management functions ‘in house’, and you will play a key role in implementing how these and our existing services operate in the future. You will also be in charge of an exciting capital projects portfolio to meet Council requirements across the borough.
