£58,052 to £68,667 per annum. Pay award pending from 1^st April 2024

Work Location: Hybrid Working

This is the perfect opportunity to work at a senior level and head up our assets service. 

You will manage and act as lead advisor on all asset management functions and will be instrumental in leading on the development of the Councils’ asset strategies, forging the development of effective internal and external networks.

You will have extensive knowledge of all asset functions including, housing stock, valuation, estate management, contract management and property management.  Experience of leading, motivating and managing people at a senior level is essential.
