And our Staff Values really matter - shaping our working practices and how we will achieve our vision. This role will lead by example and support all staff members to understand the importance of our values, embedding them into everything we do.
You will need

- Substantial experience of successfully leading teams and managing staff
- Ability to deliver frontline services that consistently meet or exceed service standards
- Significant experience of addressing operational issues and applying a risk-based solution for future proofing
- Understanding of, and commitment to achieving the Council’s Staff Values and ability to put into practice in the context of this post.
In return, we offer a supportive environment and great staff benefits including generous leave entitlement, Local Government Pension Scheme, a wide range of staff networks and continuous development opportunities to maximise your potential.
