Advert for Systemic Practitioner/Family Therapist

Royal Borough of Greenwich Children’s Services has embedded systemic practice for several years and now have a dedicated permanent team of Systemic Practice/Family Therapists. There is currently one more vacancy for a Clinician to support the delivery of systemic and compassionate practice aligned with the Greenwich Children's Services Practice Framework and Practice Academy. Clinicians are at the forefront of driving theory to practice links within front facing children’s services and ensuring that compassion minded systemic approaches are integrated into all work in the Children’s Services Directorate.

The successful applicant will need relevant education and necessary training and experience in systemic ideas and will be offered training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Compassion Mind Training (CMT). We are looking for dynamic individuals able to respond with agility and flexibility to the wide-ranging needs of young people and families and practitioners within a social care environment. There are opportunities to train staff in Systemic practice and CMT.
