Revenues & Benefits Manager £50,012 to £53,877 p.a. & Specialist Services Manager £46,715 to £48,556 p.a. Are you an experienced Revenues and Benefits Manager, with a proven track record of leadership and delivering an effective, customer focused service? Who?

Following a service reorganisation, we have created new opportunities for two Managers to lead and manage our Revenues and Benefits service and ensure that our high standards are maintained.

These are high profile and complex roles with responsibility for delivering the administration of Council Tax, NNDR, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Support, Housing Benefit overpayment recovery and Systems related to the delivery of these services.

What will you be doing?

The Revenues & Benefits Manager role will focus on performance and customer delivery as well as managing the day-to-day operations delivered by 47 staff.

The Revenues & Benefits Specialist Manager will focus on the technical aspects, financials and delivering project whilst leading seven staff.

You will both play a major role in defining and leading the future strategy and development of the revenues and benefits service. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills, and ability to manage a variety of incoming work.
