We are looking for an exceptional person to join our Senior Management Team and lead our Homes and Neighbourhood service.  In this newly created position, you will transform more than 9000 homes as you revolutionise the way we approach repairs and maintenance and the management of our council homes and neighbourhoods.  We’ll look to you to go the extra mile to ensure that every home achieves the highest standards.

We are looking for a high achiever with an impressive record of delivering profound change.  You will bring substantial experience of successfully managing property services at senior officer level, as well as a sound understanding of legislation and regulation and experience of working within a local authority environment.

You will ensure we deliver our Community Safety Plan with partners and also ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across your service areas, including embedding our compliance with the Social Housing Regulation Act.
