Job Details
Brent is a vibrant London borough where the iconic arch of Wembley Stadium dominates the skyline. As one of the UK’s most distinctive boroughs, our long and proud history of ethnic and cultural diversity has created a truly unique place that is valued by all those who live, work and visit here.
The post-holder will deliver effective and high-performing services for children and young people with SEND, working with parents and carers and young people to shape and strengthen our support. The post-holder will be responsible for all SEND statutory services and inclusion support services, including the Education Welfare Service.
An ambitious, passionate and inspiring leader experienced in managing inclusion services, you will be adept at identifying and developing talent, driving high standards, value for money and embedding a culture of trust and respect. You’ll empower people within your service to bring new ideas and try new approaches as well as inspiring them through your own. You should also be a natural collaborator – someone who can work well with a range of stakeholders, establish productive relationships and see things from different perspectives.
To receive a candidate pack or for a confidential discussion, please contact Zara Bruton on 07743980867 or Amin Aziz on 07709514141
Closing date: 29 February 2024.
