A creative and skilled Property Asset Principal to work within the Property Review and Performance Team in Asset Management at Lancashire County Council.

Your abundance of experience and knowledge in the industry will permit you to breeze into this role effortlessly and allow you to make your mark straight away. You will be involved with the strategic review od our property portfolio which will include issues ranging from estates and financial areas to design, project and programme management. We want a professional who really knows the finer details of the strategic property requirements of Local Government and be able to hit the ground running. Your experience will also extend to working in a political environment, coupled with substantial understanding of how public services operate.
