We have an exciting opportunity become available to join our Pay & Conditions Team as a Pay & Conditions Officer. Our team is based within HR and delivers essential services to the whole of Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

The section is responsible for the payroll, pensions and transactional HR of over 29,000 employees on 369 different monthly payroll groups.

Due to the excellent service that we provide, the number of clients that we provide our services to is increasing. Thus, making it an exciting time to be joining our professional, dynamic and knowledgeable team. 

We are looking to recruit someone that can prioritise various workloads within conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based at home and in the office, once training is complete it will be predominantly home based.
