As a member of our resident-focused leadership team, serving one of London’s most diverse boroughs, you will be accountable for the most visible front-line services we deliver. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of putting our communities front and centre in terms of designing and delivering these services..

Supported by a high performing team of Assistant Directors leading on community safety, the public realm and customer services, your portfolio will touch the lives of all our 250,000 residents and make a significant difference to how they feel about their lived experience in Haringey and their sense of place and belonging.

A visible and inspirational leader, your passion for delivering outstanding front-line services will inspire workforces across the council, and set the bar for the rest of the organisation.
