Reporting into the Director of Resources and Organisational Development, you will have responsibility for a broad remit including PMO & Performance, Policy, Service Redesign, HR (incl. Payroll), Organisational Development, Communications, PR & Community Engagement. This is a new role which reflects our passion for developing and enabling our staff. You will therefore play a key role in shaping and restructuring the service as well as ensuring we deliver our People Strategy alongside organisational and cultural change.
We operate an agile working policy which means most staff enjoy a blend of home and office-based working.
