Assistant Director HR & OD

We’re looking for an accomplished and capable HR & OD leader who can excel in the vital interface between organisational change and staff engagement.
You’ll play a central role in bringing about cultural change along with the structural and organisational design to improve the effectiveness in our ways of working: putting our residents and businesses at the heart of what we do, building resilience within our organisation and in our communities.
This role will suit someone who is naturally proactive and thrives on challenges and opportunities. It’s important that you have the breadth of perspective and relationship skills to influence across the organisation at all levels and with our key stakeholder groups - internally and externally, supported by the professional expertise to offer expert technical advice when required.
