The Code of Practice on the English language requirement for public sector workers, Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that Councils ensure that all candidates applying for customer facing posts must be assessed in order to establish their fluency in English.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to be part of the People Commissioning Team at City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Contract & Quality Manager to oversee a portfolio of contracts relating to Childrens Services and Public Health. You will work closely with the Service manager – Contracts & Quality and with the Senior Contract & Quality Managers for Adult Social Care contracts. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of contract management and quality improvement approaches and will support the facilitation of a diverse and sustainable market of providers. You will work jointly with partners including the NHS, providers and the community.
