Yng Nghyngor Sir Ddinbych rydym wir wedi ymrwymo i adeiladu ar ein llwyddiant hyd yma ac yn parhau ar ein siwrnai i wneud Sir Ddinbych yn le gwych i fyw a gweithio ynddo.

Fel un o 3 Cyfarwyddwyr Corfforaethol yn adrodd yn uniongyrchol i’r Prif Weithredwr, byddwch yn arweinydd pendant ac ysbrydoledig a all helpu i lunio’r dyfodol ar gyfer Cyngor Sir Ddinbych a’n preswylwyr a’n cymunedau lleol. Yn gweithio fel rhan o Dîm Gweithredol Corfforaethol y Cyngor, mae hon yn rôl drawsnewidiol sy’n cael dylanwad go iawn, sy’n gyfrifol am bortffolio o wasanaethau yn cynnwys Gwella Busnes a Moderneiddio Gwasanaethau, Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Adnoddau Dynol a Democrataidd, Cwsmeriaid a Chyfathrebu.

Rydym yn chwilio am weithwyr proffesiynol profiadol sydd â chymwysterau addas gyda llwyddiant blaenorol mewn darparu gwelliannau gwasanaeth a chanlyniadau i gymunedau lleol, gyda chraffter busnes amlwg, ynghyd â sgiliau arweinyddiaeth ymgysylltiol ac ysbrydoledig.

Fel rhan o’i fodel cyflogaeth, rydym yn cynnig lleoliad gweithio hyblyg ac mae mewn sefyllfa dda i fuddsoddi ac ymestyn ein gwasanaethau i ddarparu ein Blaenoriaethau Corfforaethol newydd ar gyfer ein cymunedau lleol. Corporate Director – Governance and Business

Contractual Hours: 37 hours per week (Full Time)

Location: County Hall, Ruthin / Agile and Flexible options available

Relocation Allowance of up to £8,000

As of one 3 Corporate Directors reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will be a decisive and inspirational leader who can help shape the future for Denbighshire County Council and our residents and local communities. Part of the Council’s Corporate Executive Team, this is a transformational role with real influence, responsible for a portfolio of services that includes Business Improvement and Modernisation, Customers and Communities, Legal, HR and Democratic Services.

We are seeking experienced and suitably qualified professionals with a proven track record in delivering service improvement and outcomes for local communities, demonstrable business acumen, along with engaging and inspiring leadership skills.
