Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £7M, over 180 staff and 260 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

We have undergone significant growth over recent months, and are seeking a senior manager to take responsibility for our existing and new services in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, which includes our successful and established Counselling Services, Peer Support and the development of our new & integrated Community Wellbeing Hub in partnership with Oxleas NHS Trust and Bridge Support. This exciting new post will also involve taking a lead on local partnerships with both statutory and other voluntary sector organisations.

With experience managing community-based services and of partnership working, you will need to demonstrate that you can motivate teams and individuals, communicate effectively and deliver continuous improvement in service delivery.

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
