Job Details

As part of our Project Management team in Digital and Customer Services, you’ll lead a team of up to 4 people, helping them to deliver excellent work and develop their careers.

You’ll also lead on our most complex technology projects. You’ll work with multiple suppliers and teams, turning user needs into deliverables, navigating risks, measuring outcomes and managing budgets.    

At all stages of a project, you’ll confidently work with others to set the aims and objectives, communicate clearly and persuasively, creatively solve problems, and deliver work we can be proud of.

You’ll report to the Head of Delivery and play an active role in the leadership and development of our delivery teams.

You’ll have deep experience in project management and want to move into people leadership. You’ll be a kind and curious person whose focus is growing a team of project managers to help them fulfil their potential. You’ll be someone who can support people through culture change.

You’ll be a good leader and listener who works well with people from different disciplines. You’ll be passionate about developing people and improving the quality of work. You'll also be open to try new ways of doing things and learn as you go.
