An Interim Director of Transformation for Adult Social Care is required by our Local Authority client. A key focus of the role will be building on an already well-formed transformation programme, driving this forward to realise savings and improve services.
The successful candidate will have experience of leading change and transformation and will be someone who can bring strong analytical capability together with a data and evidence-driven approach.
This is likely to be an 18-month role with remote working possible.
