The Lambeth Procurement team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead the Council's strategic contract management function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contract manager, with an established track record of managing high value/complex contracts in a public sector environment.
You will lead the corporate Contract Management unit, managing the Council's electronic contract management system and driving organisation's focus on the best practice, value for money and added societal benefits. You will take the lead developing productive relationships with stakeholders and support the development of contract management knowledge accross the service areas.
As part of the wider Procurement management team you will also contribute to the development of a procurement improvement plan drawing on your experience of best practice elsewhere.
