Surrey Heartlands ICS and Surrey County Council have an established partnership which supports joint working and innovation across health and the County Council. With a key responsibility for our insights function this role will provide strategic and operational leadership to develop our data enabled insights capability into a joint function that advances further integration. Developed analytical skills are crucial as well as an ability to influence and challenge to help shape responses to complex issues through the use of data analytics and science. We’re looking for someone with proven experience and a successful track record of leading analytics and information across a large organisation to create a collaborative step change in culture and thinking.
