This role will be fundamental in leading our Adult Social Care service, that has been developed over many years and continuing the success of our strengths-based approach in assessment and integrating public health into our community health wellbeing service, Talk Community. You will ensure the community services led through our community engagement ethos, created during the pandemic, is embedded throughout the directorate and across the whole Council. We are in a good finance position and now is the time to lead our high performing team.
