New, exciting and challenging! Reporting to the newly appointed Corporate Director, this new Head of Service role will be focusing on the management of the Council’s varied and diverse property portfolio, ensuring acquisition of new assets and commercial investment opportunities and optimising all of the Council’s assets. The postholder will play a leading role in supporting and driving major projects such as the Council’s Future High Street project; Levelling-up fund and opportunities with our key partner stakeholders.

The Head of Service will also play a critical role as part of the Council’s friendly and close-knit management team, supporting internal projects and wider organisational transformation.
