Salary: £42,821 to £45,859 pa

We have a vacancy for a Funding Programme Delivery Manager, and we want to hear from you if you’ve got experience.

Its an exciting time for Lewes District and Eastbourne Borough Councils, with funding being secured from a range of sources to deliver our ambitious regeneration and community wealth-building ambitions. This includes £5m secured from the Future High Streets Fund, as well as the emerging Town Deal funding for Newhaven. We’ve also secured LEP and Getting Building Funding to help deliver our vision. The Regeneration team leads the Councils’ work on such funding and plays a key role in sustaining economic opportunity for our communities.

We’re looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate not only knowledge of key regeneration funding streams, but that also understands the importance of partnership working with external stakeholders to deliver. A track record in delivery is essential.

You should have experience of working – and delivering – on major grant funding applications in partnership with external bodies, together with a strong commercial knowledge and an innovative approach to deliver growth to our communities. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential. The role will include direct contact with elected representatives, with the Regeneration portfolio sitting with the Leader of each Council.
