This role and the Assistant Director – Operations, Adult Social Care role are  key appointments to help us to achieve our vision and to drive the organisation to deliver excellent social care practice. The Assistant Director for Safeguarding, Quality, Performance and Practice  will lead and manage a range of services in relation to strategic and operational Safeguarding, Data Performance, Quality, Approved Mental Health Practitioner’s (AMHP), Forensic services, and the Principal Social Worker.

We are looking for strong operational managers who can provide a strong focus on practice to ensure that our collective vision for improved outcomes is realised equally and fairly across our communities.
