We are currently looking for a suitably experienced individual for the role of Director for Customers, Revenues and Assets. This is an ideal role for experienced managers working at a senior level looking to develop their career in local government. The remit of the post will include leadership and development of the Council’s Customer services strategy, IT strategy and provision of a revenues and benefits shared service. As such, the ideal candidate will ideally have a strong background within revenues and benefits with a commitment to providing high standard services.

To be successful in this role you should have a proven record of establishing strong strategic partnerships with both internal and external networks. A background in local government or other politically driven environment is also preferable. As part of a small team of Directors, this role will be key in ensuring the aims of the Council, both current and future, can be met so the ability to motivate and influence others is essential.
