Surrey County Council & Surrey Heartlands ICS are now looking to appoint an ambitious, dynamic Joint Executive Director, Public Services Reform to develop future models of public services that transform people’s lives and realise this vision. Managing a broad portfolio covering public health, population health management, reducing health inequalities, and business intelligence and analytics, this individual will work across sectors with a range of organisations to develop innovative approaches ultimately improving quality of life for residents of Surrey.

The successful candidate will be an excellent thinker able to provide innovative solutions, with highly developed relationship building skills and ability to foster joint working across service and organisational boundaries. With senior-level experience leading functions or services in a large, complex organisation, they will have knowledge of the key areas relevant to the role and how they interface, and an ability to provide visible leadership while driving complex, cross-organisational change.
