Executive Director, Private Secretary to the Lord Mayor

This role will act as the chief political adviser to the Lord Mayor. Its purpose at the heart of the square mile will be to  uphold and develop the role and responsibilities of the Lord Mayor of the City of London in the promotion of the City of London Corporation’s policies, programmes and strategic aims through a combination of visits, meetings, speeches, statements, appearances and hospitality. Developing and maintaining close links with all key partners and stakeholders including the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, the Department for International Trade, the Royal Households, City Police, the Livery, international bodies and financial interests will be key part of this important role.
