Critical to achieving this is the HR team which has been undergoing a significant period of change, including the recent recruitment of a new Chief People Officer and restructure of the management team. We are now looking to recruit to three new posts in the team.

The Head of Employment, Reward and Transformation is a key role that will bring various facets of HR services together from the review and modernisation of HR policies, diversity and inclusion, the Council’s Reward proposition to transformational HR projects. Additionally, you will lead the HR advice team including the management of casework to ensure timely and professional support to colleagues across the organisation.

Crucial will be your ability to develop the team around you and support colleagues across the organisation.
