Reporting to the Chief Executives of Bracknell Forest, Slough and Windsor and Maidenhead Council’s and the local CCG, this exciting new post represents an opportunity to lead a unique Public Health Network, across local authorities, within a cutting-edge Integrated Care System.

The local authorities in Berkshire, in collaboration with the Frimley Commissioning Collaborative are changing the way Public Health works in our system. Working across three local authorities and Frimley ICS, this new role is perfectly placed to embed public health approaches at System, Place and Neighbourhood level. We are committed to collaboration and joined up working, building on our unique history of shared public health services. We have created this new role to put the finishing touches to a new, more focussed model and put it into action.

You’ll also lead the development of evidence-based decision making for the CCG and Integrated Care System for the commissioning of effective and equitable health and care services.

We’re looking for an inspiring leader to galvanise our new model for public health across our network of public health teams and partners. If you share our ambition and are excited by this unique opportunity to make a real impact, then we would like to hear from you. It’s important that you are a registered GMC, GDC or UK PHR public health specialist with significant experience in all areas of public health practice.
