Our brand new Growth Unit sits at the heart of the council and is charged with co-ordinating delivery of this dynamic, high-profile agenda across the authority.

The Growth Managers will play a pivotal role. Managing a portfolio of highly sensitive, multi-million-pound development sites, you will lead complex negotiations between a range of organisations, co-ordinate input, manage financial risks, maximise developer contributions and help secure vital Government funding.

If you’re a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you could be the ideal candidate.

With an in-depth knowledge of economic growth, you’ll be a skilled major project manager with experience of developing housing and employment sites. You’ll have a proven track record of building successful relationships with senior managers and political leaders and use your energy, drive and influence to navigate complex negotiations, provide sound advice and deliver results.
