Two years after the Grenfell tragedy we are changing our whole culture to put the needs of communities first and better engage with our residents, especially those who live in more deprived parts of the borough. We are now reorganising our senior team to look at creative and imaginative ways of generating more social and affordable housing and maximising benefits for all of our communities.

We need to continue developing better relationships with our communities and voluntary sector organisations, particularly in North Kensington as part of our ongoing Grenfell recovery work. Reporting to the Executive Director of Environment and Communities, you will lead on community engagement, voluntary sector grants, resident satisfaction, community safety and Prevent. As part of this work, you will lead on our policy approach to community spaces and a community asset review, ensuring that voices from right across the borough are heard.
