We are looking for somebody exceptional to shape the future of Surrey.

This new post will have the resources and the backing to make the difference and deliver at pace and scale. An opportunity unparalleled in local government.

Working collaboratively with Surrey’s eleven Boroughs and Districts, our LEPs and closely with colleagues, you will help shape our economic vision. You will shape Surrey’s long-term climate strategy and our commitment to a greener future, translating our stretching environmental ambitions into reality and you will be responsible for delivering a step change in reducing the waste Surrey produces and recycles.

A commercial and entrepreneurial outlook is key, as are your skills for collaboration. You will be joining a focussed, committed and exceptional Leadership Team and will play a key role in delivering one of the most significant transformations in local government.
