The Director of Operations is a vital role in helping Southend Care Ltd maximise its potential. Working alongside the Managing Director, you will be responsible for translating the business plan, establishing a culture of high performance and a focus on customer satisfaction in service delivery. You will have a passion for developing teams and creating a positive work environment.

The Director of Operations will drive transformation and performance improvement within existing contracts in addition to mobilising new service lines. You will be curious and always looking for innovation and how technology can help deliver and enhance services.
