Head of Innovation & Business Development

Surrey Choices recently gained approval for a 5-year Joint Strategic Plan, and that means an exciting journey ahead while we deliver on a set of priorities which include very significant transformational activity as well as organic growth and business development.

This is a key role at this time. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will support Surrey Choices to drive the change we are looking for. The role will form part of the Senior Leadership Team along with other heads of service and will engage internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative support to enable people with disabilities to live active and healthy lives in their local communities.

We are looking for people with strong values who are good at engaging and motivating others, inspirational and able to communicate a vision, including to people with disabilities and their families, energetic and positive. You will have a commercial mindset that can be applied to the design of services and you will know how to bring a new offer to market. You will be self-motivating and enjoy a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in your working life.
