Working closely with the Chief Executive, you will lead our public service reform programme and have responsibility for key services that support our ambition. Your ability to translate national agendas and our political priorities into pioneering strategies will be matched by your desire to transform the council through services you lead including HR, Communications, Transformation, Policy and Strategy. Your energy and drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding services will give you a remit across the whole council and, as an ambassador, you will develop our reputation and champion the interests of Hounslow’s communities.
