So we can deliver an excellent service based upon our values, we are seeking an Assistant Director for Children's Social Care who will place children, young people and their families at the centre of everything we do and lead our dedicated teams of social workers to improve the outcomes of those we support.

As a qualified social worker, you will have significant experience of managing statutory social work delivery at a senior level in a local authority setting. You may be an experienced Head of Service who is looking for career progression to a broader role or an existing and ambitious Assistant Director who wants to make a difference in an ambitious Core City.
