We are looking for a Group Manager West to join our successful team. You will drive specialist practice and complex casework and have direct line management of the team managers in the service. We have a clear practice model that is embedded in the service which drives relationship based approaches using a systemic approach and the signs of safety model. We are proud that we have a flourishing social work service that works alongside families using restorative, solution focused approaches.
