An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the Transformation team.  We are looking for an individual who can take on the challenge of delivering outcomes in a complex environment through effective project management techniques in the context of the needs of transformative change.

Your role will be crucial in enabling, supporting and challenging progress within Transformation programmes and supporting the Head of Service in the provision of analysis and reports for governance boards.  This is a key assurance role. 

You will be highly organised with a pro-active approach to driving progress and problem resolution, and have the ability to analyse and synthesise large amounts of information.  In addition you should be able to work independently on your own initiative. 

It is essential that you have an understanding of good practice in project management and an appreciation of what is involved in transformative change. 

You’ll need strong influencing and negotiating skills with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and other teams.
